You can now access your email performance quickly and easily from Gretel with our Mailchimp integration!

Okay, you may all have heard about Mailchimp and know what it does, but for those who still don’t know what Mailchimp is, we will explain it briefly 😉: Mailchimp is a marketing automation and email platform used by more than 4 billion users. (We are one of them, yay!) In their words, they built a platform that helps digital marketers create healthy contact management practices, design beautiful email campaigns, and learn from their powerful data analysis.

Most of you probably know Mailchimp as an email marketing tool, and it’s actually ranked as one of the best email marketing software... However, they do much more than just send emails. They have become a huge software that offers a wide range of services to help marketers better target their audience. You can use it to nurture and automate entire marketing campaigns (including email campaigns), manage mailing lists, create forms, and even design websites.

We are sure of one thing: email marketing, although it is an old school tactic, is still one of the most effective ways to reach potential customers as it is quick, inexpensive, and widespread. Most companies are still using it as one of their main communication channels. For that reason, we chose Mailchimp as one of our first key marketing platforms to integrate into Gretel.

Let’s find out the benefits of this integration!  👇

Don’t waste time searching for your data.

As marketers, we are experts at checking and analyzing data. Your last email campaign's performance would lead you to improve your future campaigns and analyze your target's behavior to make relevant enhancements moving forward, and we are aware of that.

But how much time do you spend every day accessing Mailchimp to check the open rate, click-throughs, or spam rate of an email campaign?

We’re here to help you with this integration. Gretel brings you the relevant information from your email campaigns without needing to search for it. All marketers and non-marketers can easily have a summary of the state of your database, the effectiveness of your most recent emails, and the quality of the emails sent.

Gretel will have the information built right into it, allowing you to check the campaign's effectiveness right away and only focus on the relevant data, so you can move forward with creating new, better campaigns.

Control the most important ratios.

As we were saying, we are all used to checking data on a regular basis, but having so much data can also be a problem. How easy is it to get distracted by the amount of data that Mailchimp brings you in order to measure the performance of an email campaign?

We've got you covered! In a few seconds, you will be aware of the performance of your last marketing email, the engagement of your audience, and the rate of unsubscribers. Have all the relevant ratios at your fingertips, take control of your campaigns, and focus on what really matters to stop losing time navigating through tons of data.

Gretel will also let you quickly access historical data to see how your company’s current performance compares to previous periods.

Recommendations based on your results.

When is the best time to send an email campaign? Do I have the right target market in mind? Did I send too many email campaigns last week?

These issues, and many more, will be resolved using Gretel's Mailchimp integration. Gretel will review your outcomes, compare the effectiveness of your campaigns, and provide you with insights so you can tweak your emails and target relevant audiences when necessary.

All your team aligned with marketing.

That’s what we marketers dream about, right? 😍

If you are a marketer (or perhaps a friend of a marketer), you are probably aware of the issues that arise when a company does not integrate the marketing department into all of their global strategy. Bring all the information to all of your company’s team members so they are aware of your email campaigns.

No matter what their position or area of responsibility, every employee must think, act, and take responsibility for the company's marketing. But before they do, they must comprehend what marketing is meant to accomplish. Having the results of Mailchimp campaigns is a must to start understanding the actions they take to achieve these objectives and share our failures and successes.

As Peter Drucker said: Marketing is so basic that it is not just enough to have a strong sales department and to entrust marketing to it. Marketing is not only much broader than selling; it is not a specialized activity at all. It encompasses the entire business. It is the whole business seen from the point of view of its final result, that is, from the customer’s point of view. Concern and responsibility for marketing must therefore permeate all areas of the enterprise.
