With and without employee relationships

An employee without properly developed relationships at work will feel isolated and will not trust their coworkers. This will not only effect company culture, but also productivity on an individual and collective basis.

An employee with supportive relationships at work will feel integrated, and will trust the team around them. Trust allows people to feel more comfortable in sharing their ideas, and most importantly they will feel comfortable and can be themselves around their coworkers.

An employee without relationships at the workplace will be unreliable. They will not see the collective purpose, so when problems arise, if it doesn't fall upon them directly, they will not see it as theirs to resolve or help at all.

An employee with relationships at work will be reliable. They will rise to the occasion whenever needed to assist and progress the collective purpose, even if the issues that arise do not fall in their line of responsibilities. They will do what it takes / what they can to resolve it together with their peers.

An employee without cultivated relationships at the workplace will be irresponsible. They will be quick to blame others and create further frictions and troubles in the workplace than already organically take place.

An employee with positive relationships at the workplace will be responsible. They will assume responsibility not only for themselves, but for the collective team in whatever matter that needs to be resolved.

An employee without relationships at the workplace will have a me, myself, and I mentality. They will be selfish, and put themselves ahead of the collective. Their primary objective will be to advance their personal goals and objectives in whatever means possible ahead of the organization's success.

An employee with relationships at the workplace will have a team-first mentality. They will be selfless, and put the collective ahead of themselves. They will not only look to progress on an individual basis, but also together with their coworkers. They will be supportive of their team, step up to the plate consistently in times of need, and facilitate the success of the company by being the most positive presence possible.

An employee without relationships at work will either not contribute to company culture, or even worse diminish it with their presence. They will act like a vacuum of energy with their presence, and this will negatively affect camaraderie and productivity.

An employee with relationships at the workplace will contribute to company culture. They will not only form a bond with their coworkers, but they will bring the best of themselves to the overall concept of what the company is and this will directly impact employee purpose.
